Managed GTM engineering for lean B2B teams

We build and run your GTM engine.

Cheetah handles targeting, data, Clay workflows, cold email, LinkedIn, CRM automation, and ongoing optimization—so your team can operate one connected system without assembling the machine itself.

Strategy, build, campaigns, and operation. One accountable partner.

Built around the tools your team already knows

What we build and operate

A working revenue engine, not another stack to manage.

You bring the market, product, and ambition. We turn them into an operating system that reaches the right accounts, learns from every campaign, and keeps the CRM useful.

Strategy and targeting

We turn your market into an operating plan: ICP, segments, buying signals, offers, campaign angles, and the accounts worth pursuing now.

ICP · offers · signals · account priorities

Research and enrichment

We build the data layer in Clay and the right providers, clean it, enrich it, and give every account enough context to earn a relevant message.

Clay · enrichment · validation · research

Campaigns and infrastructure

We write, launch, and operate cold email and LinkedIn campaigns—including domains, deliverability, routing, sequencing, and reply handling.

The operating layer

We watch performance, move the CRM, test the next hypothesis, and use agents to carry learning across every tool and campaign.

The agentic operating layer

AI-native GTM operations, installed and managed by Cheetah.

Cheetah still does the work: targeting, research, campaigns, replies, CRM, and iteration. Agents evolve that managed engine by carrying shared context across every tool and campaign.

AGENCY OPERATED

Cheetah installs, runs, supervises, and improves the engine.

TOOLS ORCHESTRATED

Clay, sequencers, CRM, research, and LinkedIn keep doing their specialized jobs.

COMPANY OWNED

The context, memory, campaign history, and operating logic remain yours.

How Cheetah operates

One workflow, governed end to end.

Cheetah connects the approved sources and tools needed for a workflow, prepares work inside agreed permissions, routes material external actions for human review, and records decisions and outcomes in company-owned context.

INPUTSApproved signals, records, and campaign history
CONTROLNamed owner, source boundaries, and review before external action
LEARNINGDecisions, outcomes, and changes retained for the next cycle

The value isn't one clever workflow. It's that every campaign leaves the next one smarter.

Cheetah operating principle

Operating controls

Make the workflow inspectable before making it bigger.

SOURCEUse only approved inputs

Define which records, signals, and campaign history the workflow may use.

OWNERKeep a named accountable operator

Assign responsibility for review, decisions, and the next action.

MEMORYRetain decisions and outcomes

Carry useful context into the next cycle instead of rebuilding it from inboxes.

REVIEWInspect before expanding

Test the workflow inside agreed permissions before increasing its reach or autonomy.

How an engagement starts

Map it. Build it. Keep it running.

MAP

Find the first engine worth building.

We map the market, current stack, bottleneck, and the shortest path to a useful operating loop.

SCOPED BUILD

Build against an agreed scope.

Configure the approved workflow, verify permissions and ownership, and test it before expanding.

MANAGED OPERATION

Operate it with a named owner.

Cheetah runs the system, reviews performance, ships improvements, and teaches your team how it works.

The ownership principle

Your company's GTM brain should belong to your company.

Models change. Tools change. People leave. Your company's memory and judgment should remain—and the system should stay understandable without turning your team into AI engineers.

Straight answers

Before you hand anyone the keys.

What exactly does Cheetah do?

Cheetah is a managed GTM engineering partner. We design your targeting and stack, build the data and campaign workflows, launch email and LinkedIn campaigns, route the results into your CRM, and keep improving the engine with you.

Is this an outbound agency or software product?

It is a managed service with Cheetah software underneath. You get an accountable team operating the engine now, plus a Private GTM Brain that preserves campaign context, decisions, and learning instead of leaving you with disposable lists and automations.

How does an engagement start?

We begin with a diagnostic conversation about one revenue workflow. Scope, timing, access, ownership, and deliverables are agreed before any build begins.

Do we need to connect Gmail, Drive, or meeting notes?

No. We can start with public signals, sales data, Clay, your campaign tools, and optional CRM access. Private company sources are added only when they create clear value and you explicitly approve the permission boundary.

Do you replace Clay, our CRM, or current tools?

Usually not. We connect and operate the right stack for the job. Clay, a sequencer, a data provider, or even the CRM can change without erasing your targeting logic, campaign learning, account memory, and documentation.

How much control do agents have?

Cheetah operators remain accountable. You approve strategy, messaging, launch, and material changes. Agents research, reconcile context, monitor work, and prepare actions inside the permissions and guardrails agreed for the engagement.

What remains ours if we stop working together?

Your data, campaign history, account memory, workflow logic, documentation, and customer-specific operating assets remain yours. We make the system maintainable and teach your team how it works so ownership is practical, not just contractual language.

How do scope and pricing work?

We start by mapping the bottleneck and the first useful workflow. If there is a fit, we agree the scope and commercial terms before work begins; ongoing operation is a separate decision.
